Hundred Thirty-one (131) North, of Range Forty-eight (48), West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, Summit Township, Richland County, North Dakota, LYING EAST of the
centerline of the Wild Rice Ravine (also known as Drain No. 30), excepting one tract,
containing approximately 78 acres.

Parcel 2: The Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of Section Twenty (20) in Township One
Hundred Thirty (130) North, of Range Forty-eight (48), West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, Devillo Township, Richland County, North Dakota, excepting two tracts,
containing approximately 142 acres.

number. No oral bids will be accepted. You should submit a separate bid for each individual
parcel. Your bid must state which parcel or parcels your bid is for. Do not submit a per acre
bid. The highest bidders will be contacted for an oral bidding to be held at the Smith & Strege
Ltd. law office at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on Friday, October 1, 2024. Terms: CASH. 10% earnest
money is due on the day of bidding. Closing to take place 30 days after offer is accepted.
