All guns and/or ammunition for this auction are owned by, and will be transferred by, the estate. Pifer’s Auctioneers is acting as the estate’s representing agent under the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Ruling (ATF Rul. 96-2). Buyer agrees to hold Pifer’s and its clients harmless regarding any defect, misrepresentation or malfunction.

All guns and/or ammunition for this auction are securely stored and will be available for buyers at the conclusion of the auction. Pifer’s will post photos and information for each item to allow buyers to inspect the items on the Online Bidding site (www.pifers.com). All information provided is represented to the buyers as the items are presented to Pifer’s Auctioneers. None of the guns or ammunition have been tested or fired by representatives of Pifer’s Auctioneers or the owner. All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE IS” with no exceptions.

Successful Bidders:

All winning bidders must remit payment within 24 hours of purchase. All items must be paid for in full before pick-up, delivery, or shipping will be arranged. Payment may be made in the form of cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, ACH transfer, wire transfer (additional fees may apply), or credit card (additional 4% credit card charge will apply). Personal checks must “clear the bank” prior to buyer making arrangements for possession.

Buyers - Long Rifles, Shotguns, Ammunition
-Buyers may pick up their purchases at the Auction Site. Long Rifles, Shotguns, and Ammunition will be available immediately after payment is received.
-Buyers may arrange for delivery with Pifer’s Auctioneers to one of Pifer’s Auctioneers official facilities at the convenience of Pifer’s Auctioneers. Delivery arrangements must be agreed upon prior to the auction items being sold.
-Pifer’s Auctioneers, at their sole discretion, may insist that guns be transferred to buyers through an agent with a Federal Firearms License (FFL).
-All guns/ammunition requiring shipping, will be shipped from a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of Pifer’s Auctioneers choosing to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of the buyers choosing.
-All FFL and shipping expenses will be incurred by buyer and must be paid prior to shipping.
-Buyers who purchase both guns and ammunition of the same caliber may be required to pick up separately.

Buyers Handguns and Pistols
-Buyers may pick up their purchases at the Auction Site. Long Rifles, Shotguns, and Ammunition will be available immediately after payment is received.
All Handguns are required to be shipped. (See shipping terms below)
-No delivery will be offered for handguns/pistols
-Pifer’s Auctioneers, at their sole discretion, may insist that guns be transferred to buyers through an agent with a Federal Firearms License (FFL).
-All guns/ammunition requiring shipping, will be shipped from a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of Pifer’s Auctioneers choosing to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of the buyer’s choosing.

A Buyer’s Premium of 5% will be allocated to each purchase.
