BELTRAMI COUNTY FAMILY SERVICES BUILDING ROOFTOP UNIT REPLACEMENT

Beltrami County will receive sealed bids for Beltrami County Family Services Building Rooftop Unit Replacement at the office of Beltrami County Auditor’s Office, Suite 220, Beltrami County Administration Bldg., 701 Minnesota Ave NW, Bemidji, MN, until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 7th. At that time, said bids will be carried to the Commissioner Conference Room, Room #108 within the same building, opened, read aloud and tabled for review and subsequent action.
The Project involves: Replacement of two rooftop units (RTUs) and associated plenum curbs. New 70ton RTUs and curbs will be Owner-supplied; Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and services for installation. Work includes removal of existing units, installation during a planned three-day outage (Saturday–Tuesday), electrical modifications, roof patching, and coordination with the Owner’s BAS contractor.
A pre-bid meeting for interested bidders will take place on Tuesday, December 30th at 10:00am. Meeting will be held in the Family Services Building at 616 America Ave NW, first floor lobby, with a site tour provided after meeting.
Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations; the office of the Facilities Management Department, located at the Beltrami County Administration Building, 701 Minnesota Ave. NW, Ste 250, Bemidji, MN. Documents are also able to be viewed at EAPC at 222 3rd St. NW, Bemidji, MN. A printed set will be distributed upon receipt of payment for the information charged at the current reproduction rate.

All bids must be in accordance with the Bidding Documents. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all Bids as they deem to be in its best interest. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening Bids.
