Full Time Dental Assistant (Licensed or Unlicensed)

Worthington Family Dental is looking for an energetic and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. No experience required will hire and provide on the job training for the right candidate. We are an established dental practice that enables our staff to utilize their talents and provide the excellent care our patients deserve.

Dr. Grossman provides a wide range of services beyond typical general dentistry including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontal programs and implant surgery. A strong worth ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn are key strengths we look for. This job is a Monday-Thursday work schedule with an occasional Friday. Pay will be based on experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications:
· No experience or license required for the right applicant on the job training will be provided.
· A current Minnesota Dental Assistant License or ability to obtain
· Current CPR certification
· Knowledge of dental information and techniques necessary to provide quality patient care
· Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing dental and patient services including patient needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of patient satisfaction
· Possess strong interpersonal skills, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, striving for collaboration, and demonstrating professionalism
· Possess effective written and oral communication skills
· Possess critical thinking, logic, and reasoning skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
· Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred

Pay: $22 to $33 per hour based on experience. Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
