Position Number: 00009723

This position is part of the Technology Service Desk team dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support for a variety of end user hardware and software. This position provides leadership for laptop hardware repairs, assists with laptop inventory, laptop imaging and software configuration, creates technical documents, and provides both in-person and remote end-user support.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree
Experience supporting current MacOS and Windows operating systems
Two years of technology support experience
Fine motor skills necessary for laptop hardware repair work
Experience creating end-user technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
CompTIA A+ certification
Experience with MDM, preferably Jamf for Apple devices or Microsoft InTune for PC’s
Experience with help desk ticketing and inventory management systems
Experience with online user support including phone and remote desktop sharing applications

Compensation
$48,000 - $51,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
