Trailmanor, an RV manufacturer, is seeking a Full Time Production Lead

Job Summary:
Take the helm as a Production Lead and drive excellence on our manufacturing floor. Your
leadership will ensure the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating and motivating our team to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:
 Supervise and manage the daily operations of the production team to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
 Coordinate with other departments to align production schedules and resolve any issues that arise.
 Train and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and team
collaboration.
 Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets and optimize performance.
 Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.
 Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
 Resolve procedural roadblocks and improve efficiency within your process.
 Follow 5S and keep your work area clean and organized.
 Follow safety rules, use PPE and promote a safe culture.
 Maintain a customer first mentality!

Skills and Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is preferred.
 Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
 Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
 Commitment to quality and safety standards.
