You'll work directly under the Shop Foreman, have a strong mechanical background, electrical trouble shooting skills, repair of welding machines, large lathes, mills, and mobile equipment. The candidate must be able to keep a high awareness of their surrounding to keep themselves and other co-workers safe. Full healthcare benefits, dental, 401k, and profit sharing. Competitive wages.

Working conditions: The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling. Generally, the job requires 5% sitting, 85% walking and 10% standing. You will be required to interact with others throughout the building and from other companies as well. Ordinary talking, hearing and seeing would be constant. The noise level in the shop is moderate to high and hearing protection is required at times. Atmospheric conditions are generally room temperature with some occasional outside work required, the shop can be dusty with welding smoke. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. Working around Welding & Machinery operations require the use of safety equipment to include but limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protection, and hardhats. You will be working with individuals in all aspects of the company.

Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 PM with overtime if needed to assist in getting jobs completed on time.
