Those persons who have submitted the five (5) highest bids will be contacted and given an opportunity to raise their bid. The property is being sold for cash. The successful bidder will be required to sign a sale agreement and submit five percent (5%) of the sale price as earnest money with the balance due in full within 40 days. Sellers will furnish a continued abstract of title evidencing marketable title. Sellers will convey title by Warranty Deed at closing. Sellers reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in bid or bid procedures.
