Request For Qualifications Legal Counsel Services

The Northwest Regional Development Commission (NWRDC) is soliciting proposals from
qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide legal services to the Commission.
NWRDC is seeking a legal services provider with experience in governmental, nonprofit, public-
sector, contract, grant, and general organizational law to provide ongoing legal guidance and
representation as needed.
SUBMISSION OF Qualifications
Responses should be concise and include the following information:
Firm or attorney profile: Name, address, telephone number, email address, and a brief
description of the practice.
Assigned personnel: Names, roles, qualifications, and relevant experience of the attorneys
and staff who would serve NWRDC.
Relevant experience: Examples of comparable work for governmental, regional, municipal,
nonprofit, or similar organizations, including experience with grants, contracts, loans,
compliance, and public-sector operations.
Approach and availability: Proposed approach to providing responsive, ongoing counsel;
primary point of contact; availability; and any anticipated conflicts of interest.
References: At least three professional references for comparable legal services, including
organization, contact person, telephone number, and email address.
Fee information: Current hourly rates, retainers or fixed-fee options, travel and reimbursable
expenses, and other anticipated costs. Alternative or bundled fee structures may be included.
