Kandiyohi County Housing and Redevelopment Authority is seeking a Full Time Housing Specialist - Tax Credit Programs

Full-time position performs property management duties for the Dana Heights Apts, Westwind Townhomes and 15 th Street Flats apartments in the City of Willmar. The position maintains the waiting list of prospective applicants, determines eligibility, prepares and enforces leases, conducts housing inspections, completes annual/interim eligibility re-certifications, assists with light housekeeping and assists in requesting/monitoring work orders.

Wages: $26.23 - $27.87 starting hourly wage depending on experience plus full benefits.

Required minimum high school diploma plus three years related work experience in rental housing management, subsidized housing programs/other government programs in which applicant determined eligibility for services.  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills needed.
