Mechanical Engineer, Benson, MN.

Perform engineering duties in planning in designing tools, engines, machines and other mechanically functioning equipment, specifically agricultural equipment at Case New Holland. Design and develop structural, hydraulic, electrical routing systems for agricultural machinery, ensuring performance, durability and regulatory compliance. Create and update detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using Creo 8.0. Conduct FEA finite element analysis using Creo simulation to assess structural integrity and performance of new or modified designs. Manage engineering change orders, using Engineering Central PLM to control and document product changes. Evaluate prototype fitment, troubleshoot, assembly issues, and implement design improvements. Review and validate bill of materials (BOM) for accuracy and completeness before release for production.

This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, and at least five (5) years of work experience as a Mechanical Engineer. Permanent US work authorization is required. Salary range offered: $49.75 to $50 per Hour.
