The Board of Directors of Wild Rice Electric Cooperative is seeking applicants for President/CEO at our headquarters in Mahnomen, Minnesota.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:
 Minimum of 5 years’ electric utility experience and 5 years’ upper level management, preferably with a rural electric cooperative.
 Experience in electrical finance, system operations, member relations, HR or engineering.
 Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business or Accounting is preferred, and certain required knowledge, skills and abilities that are necessary to carry out the duties of the President/CEO.
 Strong leadership and communications skills and ability · to build positive relationships with boards, members, employees, and community stakeholders.

Wild Rice offers a salary range of $150,000 to $240,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), defined benefit retirement plan, and state/federally required benefits, including Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave.
