Join our team in Bowman! Farm Credit Services of Mandan is looking for a full-time Loan Officer in our Bowman, ND branch. The position is responsible for marketing and providing all credit and related services to new and existing customers.

Indicators of Success
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and strategic selling skills
Current knowledge of farm / ranch production methods
Time management skills

Major/Essential Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers, understanding their needs and financial situations
Expertly market credit and related services
Analyze loan applications, evaluate creditworthiness, and determine loan terms
Manage loan servicing tasks and ensure compliance with company lending policies
Represent and promote Farm Credit Services of Mandan within the community
Maintain a strong understanding of finance, macroeconomics, current business practices, technology, and the products and services offered

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or agriculture preferred; two-year post-secondary degree accepted
Three years of related experience preferred
Knowledge of current agriculture production practices
Previous loan officer or business-relationship manager experience is desired
