Directions: 4 miles East of Detroit Lakes along St Hwy 34. From the intersection of St Hwy 34 and Richwood Rd go East on 34 for 4 miles. Property is on the left side. Use the road on the east side of the property for access.

INFORMATION: This property features 13.96 +/- acres, a 3 bedroom homestead, and multiple outbuildings located only 4 miles East of Detroit Lakes.
