Description:
This auction features an extensive line up of high quality lumber, spindles and building materials. Plus many industrial grade woodworking tools and shop items. Mr. Spindle continues to operate a successful business. Integrity is honored to help liquidate this excess inventory.

Bidding, Preview, Payment:
Bidding will open October 21st and begin closing at 6PM, October 28th. LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close". A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 1 minute, then 1 minute will be added to the time for that item. Preview will be October 28th 1-5PM or by appointment. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids. All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment. Invoices over $1000 will have the option to pay via cash, check, or money wire on Wednesday October 29th. All funds must be received the day following the auction.

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format:
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time. Please pay attention to this. Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time. If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 4PM Wednesday October 29 ONLY or by appointment. Any other pickup/shipping must have arrangements made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction or will incur charges. Buyers of large woodworking equipment should make appointments to pick up at a later date and give Mr. Spindle 48hours advance notice.

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of the auction.
