DIRECT CARE & OVERNIGHT STAFF

Male & female staff welcome! We have some amazing individuals that need new staff to work with them in their group homes in Park Rapids.

Do you like to...do activities, crafts, cook, play a variety of games, do hair/makeup, go on walks, bike rides, play basketball, swim or garden? Our ladies & gentlemen have a wide range of interests & love when they have staff to support them. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities at home & in the community, follow programs & routines. This includes assisting with preparing meals, household cleaning, laundry, shopping, ensuring hygiene routines get completed. Experience is preferred but not required, all training is provided. Must pass a background check, have valid driver's license & clean driving record. Basic computer skills needed to complete online training requirements & ongoing trainings. We provide company vehicles & PTO!

Direct care shifts: $18/hr.
Overnight sleep shifts up to $200/wk. nights & up to $250/wkds. Every other weekend required.
