This position includes the setup and maintenance of all accounts receivable items for the university including tuition and fees, collections, and third-party billings. This position will also provide exceptional customer service to students on a one-to-one basis to assist with questions relating to their accounts, manage cashiering operations, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare daily deposits.

Minimum Qualifications
An associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, banking, finance, or related field (may substitute two years directly related work experience or education for minimum qualification requirements) and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; experience with Excel, cash handling experience, excellent written and verbal skills, knowledge of VCSU and surrounding area, exceptional customer service skills; experience with PeopleSoft; and exceptional organizational skills are preferred.

Compensation
$37,000-$40,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
