The East Grand Forks Civil Service is accepting applications for a Recreation Coordinator.

Responsibilities include: Manage all aspects of recreation programs offered to residents. Duties include creating programs, planning, preparing & scheduling for all programming, hiring & supervising seasonal employees, completing all communication between office & participants; create & complete follow through with recreation program registration; ensure all visitors are treated fairly & maintain a safe & clean working environment; prepares financial reports on a monthly basis & operate budget. Work is performed under the general direction of the Park & Recreation Supt.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Sports & Recreation Management, Recreation & Tourism, or related field & considerable experience working in parks & recreation with increasing responsibilty. Two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education & experience. Salary Range: $61,568.00 to $84,905.60.
