Persons having submitted one of the top five written bids will be contacted by Ohnstad Twichell with instructions and allowed to participate in oral bidding.

ORAL BIDDING: Oral bidding for the top five bid submissions will take place on November 6th, 2024, at Ohnstad Twichell Law Office, 444 Sheyenne Street, Suite 102, West Fargo, ND 58078. Ten percent down payment via cash or check is required by the winning bid at the time of oral bidding. Balance due at closing within 30 days, upon delivery of merchantable title and Warranty Deed. Bidders are responsible for all due diligence, inspections and any bid placed. Seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
