The Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for managing all disciplines, interviewing and training employees, evaluating performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems within the appropriate discipline and ensures appropriate staffing and scheduling when assigned by the Director of Behavioral Health services. Participates in quality assurance activities and program development and provides treatment to patients. The Supervisor is also responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the Child Therapeutic Support Services (CTSS) program.

What you’ll get to do in this role:
* Directs and supervises the activities performed by the behavioral health services department.
* Performs appropriate quality assurance activities to ensure patient care is proficient and meeting required guidelines.
* Maintains knowledge of current educational and clinical guidelines, trends, and processes.
* Maintains a positive rapport with all staff at all times through professional appearance and actions.
* Develop, maintain, and update annually, personnel and clinical manuals for all behavioral health areas.
* Supervises all clinical behavioral health functions.
* Supervise therapist staff, including LICSW’s, LMFT’s, Psychologists, LPCC’s, PMHNP’s, RN’s, and support staff to assure consistency and continuity of services to patients and to assure team approach with all supporting departments.
* Provide constructive coaching and initiate disciplinary action according to the facility Partnership Guide as needed.
* Directs and supervises the implementation of the CTSS program in our area schools.
* Provides diagnostic assessment services as part of the CTSS program.

You’re an excellent fit, if you have:
* Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of Social Work, Master of Science in Applied Child and Family study, or Master's degree in Counseling
* Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW); Board Certified from the MN Board of Social
* Work or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) from MN Board of MFT; Board Certified from the MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as LPCC; Licensed Psychologist, Board certified from the MN Board of Psychology.
