The Crosby HRA is seeking a qualified candidate for a full time, 40 hour/week, Maintenance Engineer to
perform interior and exterior building maintenance, repair and custodial work of all Crosby HRA owned
properties. Responsibilities include responding to scheduled and emergency work orders, unit and
property inspections and basic building maintenance. Must be available for on-call, after-hours rotation
as assigned.

Candidate must be reliable, motivated, able to work independently and pass a criminal background check.
A combination of four years of education and/or experience in a position with similar regular job duties or
a combination of relevant education, training and experience that meets the requirement to successfully
accomplish the assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by the Rehab and Maintenance
Director.

Crosby HRA offers competitive wages and an excellent benefits package. The hourly rate for this position
ranges from $22.00 to $26.50 per hour. The benefit package includes 100% employer paid single

holidays, paid vacation & sick time.
